Hotel

New! This year you have the ability to select your hotel. When registering, select your check-in and check-out date and your preferred hotel from the list of hotel(s) available to you. The hotel option(s) provided are based on business rules. Confirmation of your hotel selection will be communicated in January, approximately one week prior to your arrival. You will not receive an individual hotel confirmation number for your stay; your registration will serve as your confirmation.

We will make every effort to fulfill your specific hotel request(s), however, reassignments may be required based on business or show requirements. Sleeping room preferences and special requests are based on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Grainger Sales Meeting Registration Team.

NOTE: All hotel reservation requests must be made through the online registration process and all communications will come from the Grainger Sales Meeting Registration Team, facilitated by our official registration partner, BCD Meetings & Events. Please do not contact the hotel directly or accept solicitations for your hotel stay.

HOTEL POLICIES

Grainger will cover your hotel room and tax charges during the event, if your hotel reservation is booked through Grainger’s online registration tool. If you request hotel dates outside of the program dates or incur additional charges, such as incidental, early departure, cancellation, or no-show fees, these charges will be your responsibility.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, registrants must notify the Grainger Sales Meeting Registration Team in writing seven (7) days prior to their arrival date. Failure to do so could result in a charge of one night’s room fee and tax, which will be your responsibility. Make sure to confirm that the arrival and departure dates on your hotel reservation match your air travel dates – if you do not arrive on the date the hotel is expecting you, you will be charged for that night’s room and tax and your room reservation will be released/cancelled.

If your travel to/from the Grainger Sales Meeting is delayed for any reason, please reach out to GraingerSalesMeeting@bcdme.com to assist with your travel.

Air

If you require air travel for the Grainger Sales Meeting, Grainger will cover coach, non-refundable, round-trip flight arrangements to Nashville, TN.

Flight arrangements must be made through the Grainger Sales Meeting online air travel booking tool, by clicking on the “Book Flights” button upon completion of your registration. Upon successfully booking your travel, you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your flights. Please check your itinerary for accuracy. All ticket sales are non-refundable. Grainger Team Members should plan to arrive and depart in accordance with their role at the Grainger Sales Meeting.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to closely review your airline ticket confirmation upon receipt. Any additional costs associated with having to re-issue an airline ticket will be your responsibility.

If it is determined that you need to make a change to your ticketed itinerary, you must contact the Grainger Sales Meeting Registration Team. Neither Grainger nor Grainger Sales Meeting Registration will be responsible for penalties or an increase in airfare due to voluntary changes once ticketed.
